This is an interesting paper which deals with the setting of matching employees to employers that may be potentially biased. The results are exciting and of interest to the NeurIPS community. Thus I recommend acceptance of the paper. The paper should, however, make the relation to the closely related work  very clear in the camera ready version (see review 2), instead of having just one sentence hidden in "techniques".
